Room key did not work. Rode the elevator a few trips to get that to work. Even though you cannot access the guest floors, housekeeper was instrumental to assist, however it was a pain going up and down to get it done.
At check in the hotel advised that I could park in the lot next door. They did not have space to park at check in though there is a lot. It leads off to an unknown parking area that has signs for private parking and no sign for the hotel.
After the first night, I was not able to access the elevator to go back to my room. Upon speaking with the receptionist I was supposed to be out of the room and it was reserved for someone else. After showing the hotel.com receipt for 2 days, she advised that there was no reservation number on the receipt or any confirmation from hotels.com. Eventually she put me back in the room with our bags however we were late leaving for a prior engagement.
Nice hotel, convenient, but several issues need to be addressed.
