We had a super mini break, on arrival in room we found a welcome salad & sandwich, water & bottle wine in fridge. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels & linen. ALL staff were so attentive, always acknowledging us with a smile, the food was amazing with so much choice. Lovely setting with garden areas, two pools, (family & adult), plus a sandy beach and access to seafront walkway just steps away. Loads of onsite facilities plus car park with echarge facilities. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Forrygende sted! Lejligheden var stor og ren. Omgivelserne meget velplejet. God og varieret mad. Vi var meget begejstret for de søde, hjælpsomme mennesker, der arbejdede der og især det skønne animationsteam, som gjorde sig umage med at entertaine børn og voksne hver eneste dag 😍. Der er en lille, fin sandstrand lide ved hotellet, men det er værd at tage en tur og gå på opdagelse i andre strande i nærheden. Vi kommer helt klart tilbage!

Louis hotels always seem to have great food. Although there is just the one buffet restaurant used for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the range of food available is superb and always of the highest quality. How many other AI hotels could you go to and have mussels twice in a 4 day stay, each dish different and beautifully prepared. The seafood terrine in the salad section for lunch on day 2 was amazing, and the carvery choices on Sunday evening really were excellent. Also, all the desserts are proper dishes, not the flavourless sponge and jelly and catering cream with 5 different bright but tasteless coloured toppings you get in most AI restaurants. These were true desserts like strawberry mousse, tiramisu cake, chocolate and caramel gateaux etc. Away from the food, both pool areas were clean with plenty of sunbeds and sunshades. It would have been nice to have some waiter service around the beds. The grass area at the bottom of the main pool by the coast path was great to stop at. You can access both the beach and the main pool and you get extra shade from the palms and some more breeze. Despite what people say about the room conditions, ours was fully functional and clean. The decor is a little tired however all the lights, taps and sockets work, the kitchenette area was very well equiped and we had a corner room (upgraded) which stayed very cool and shaded. Finally, we would have liked a bar option separate from the entertainment area and all the staff are very friendly.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall experience did not justify the amount of money I paid, and I expected a much higher standard for the price. The room was old, outdated, and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Several areas looked worn and neglected, making the room feel far from welcoming. Although it may have been cleaned, it never felt truly clean, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. The hotel has potential, but it urgently needs renovation and better upkeep. Unfortunately, I cannot say it offers good value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again.

This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!

extremely friendly staff everywhere you go. First things first, the massage at the SPA was amazing, definitely recommend you go there. Rooms are pretty dated, could use an upgrade. Food was pretty good and the pool was nice as well. everyone was so friendly and service minded. 1 major negative thing is that since its a all inclusive hotel they like to have different shows at a scene every evening, this scene is located in the middle of the hotel and the sound coming from it is extremely loud, sometimes to as late as 23:15 in the evening. our room was as far away as possible from the scene and we would still be disturbed by it occasionaly.

Excellent Hotel!

One week family holiday at the Louis Althea Beach Resort and would definitely recommend it. Food: We went all inclusive and every meal was tasty and full of flavour. Lots of variety and good quality food. Staff: All very friendly and welcoming. Maria at the restaurant was exceptional with our little four year old. Fabio is a great entertainer throughout the day and especially at night, very funny and full of energy. Entertainment: There is a children's club which our little boy loved. Treasure hunts and face painting followed by ice creams and treats kept him happy! 3 decent sized swimming pools too.

Everything was excellent about this hotel. My only complaint was that the air conditioning only worked when your room key (with the fob attached for air conditioning) was in. Therefore the rooms were terribly hot and would take all night of you sleeping to feel vaguely cool. The air conditioning also didn’t feel that great tbh. However this hotel is great in all other aspects.

I cannot tell you how great this hotel was for us. We only spent 2 nights here but I wish we’d stayed for alot longer! The food was so lovely and the staff were literally like a 10star service. So polite friendly and just lively. I can’t even tell you. Not one staff member was rude or moody or anything. I have NEVER experienced this level of service anyway and I’ve been many 5 star hotels in the world. I will be returning again and please please visit. It’s so worth it! It’s not too hectic at all. It’s just perfect!

As an apart hotel, albeit we opted for the all inclusive, the kitchen in the room was very well equipped. The waiting staff were excellent. What let it down is the absence of anywhere to sit in the evening to relax with a drink. Guests are required to occupy the restaurant area and endure the annimation shows. The entertainment is of a very low quality. The , so called ,Variety Show on Thursday evening was woeful. Mime acts using guests with no talent and jumping around to recorded music is the poorest entertainment imaginable. When the audience has to be told to applaude there is clearly something wrong. We were there for 3 nights and every night the entertainment offer was dreadful. Spoils an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.
