İşletme oldukça temizdi, personel de oldukça yardımcı oldu. Odaların genişliği de en dikkat çekici özelliklerindendi. Kahvaltısı gerçekten dendiği kadar varmış, oldukça doyurucu ve bol çeşitliydi. Güzel bir deneyim sunduğunuz için teşekkür ederim…

Antep’in en guzel kısmı bence bu otel. Ambiyansi, muzikleri,konsepti muthis. Kahvaltisi olaganustu. Sadece sıra gecesi dedikleri durum fasıl gibi onu tercih etmem. Onun yerine otelin avlusunda olup, müzik dinleyip,yemek yemek cok daha keyifli.

Resepsiyondaki onur beye ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. Gerçekten gittiğim oteller arasında unutamayacaklarımdan birisi oldu. Bir gün daha kalacaktım ama otelde boş oda olmadığı için kalamadım.

Bir gece konaklamak için gittiğimiz oteli o kadar beğendik ki iki geceye uzattık. Personel çok yardımsever ve sıcak kanlıydı, müdüre hanım özellikle tüm misafirlerle bire bir ilgileniyor. Antepte olduğumuzdan dolayı yemekten bahsetmiyorum bile. biz akşam yemeğini otelin restoranında yedik ambiyans olarak zaten çok güzeldi yemekler de çok güzeldi(özellikle yuvalama ve içli köfteye bayıldım). Sabah kahvaltısı çok doyurucu ve çok zengin. Özellikle personelin ilgisi sıcak kanlılığı ile kendimizi çok rahat hissettik kesinlikle herkese öneririm.

Odalar han içerisinde olduğu için dış ortamın sesi geliyordu ancak bunu sıkıntı etmedik tabiki… Evlilik yıldönümümüz için konaklamıştık odayı daha iyi bir odayla değiştirmişler sağolsunlar ancak küçük bir takım jestler de beklememize rağmen bunu göremedik.(Gül yaprağı, küçük meyve tabağı gibi) Restoran kısmına da yıldönümü olduğunu belirterek güzel bir yerden masa ayırtılmasını istemiştik belki ortamın en vasıfsız,ortalıktaki masasıydı bize ayırılan 😔 Neyse genel bakarsak güzeldi, çok güzeldi. Geri kalan hersey için işletmeye teşekkür ederiz…

The rooms are charming and the hotel is in a great location in the old city. The breakfast is pretty impressive. We had some problems with plumbing, but the staff kindly moved our room. The hotel is more of a restaurant/bar (which are both very good) that happens to have a few rooms. There’s loud music until 11:30 (but it does turn off promptly at 11:30).

Restorant’ın içinde çalan yüksek ses müzik rahatsız ediciydi, odadan çıktıgınızda direk dışardan restoranta gelen müşteriler ile yüz yüze geliyorsunuz, odada pencere açamadık hem ses hemde insanlardan dolayı. Temizlik iyi , Oda ambians iyi , kahvaltı iyi , personellerden bir kısmı ilgili diger bir kısmı ise beden orda ama ruhen asla olmamışlar gibiydi.

Terrible dinner service, we had to wait 1 hour to learn that what we asker was not in the menu . We had so good reviews about the breakfast and were presented with an ordinary food, when we said we were disappointed they told us they had forgotten to give us the rest of the food or that they could not serve what is usually on the menu 🙄 very very disappointing overall.

A Three Star Hotel with Five Star Appearance

My wife was quite unhappy that for a hotel that claims it is taking extra pandemic preventive measures, it wasn't so clean. The light switches were filthy and most of the surfaces had not been thoroughly cleaned. This is a three star hotel that looks like a five star and charges five star prices. The breakfast is fabulous, but on Saturday morning, they seemed unprepared for breakfast service. This may be because they only appeared to have one other room rented that night. The staff were nice, but not service oriented, but the breakfast waiter and bartender were quite good. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Gaziantep. They have free valet parking, which is good and there is easy access to your car. I appreciated that they checked the temperature of everyone entering and the staff wore masks.

The property was very unique and romantic however there was a strong musty smell in the room, the bathroom door did not close properly, and the noise (mainly music coming from the restaurant terrace) was very loud. The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic, I would definitely eat there again but would not likely stay there again.

The oldest hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful building and decor. Best breakfast in Turkey. Helpful staff. Arranged a very good excursion to Sanliurfa. Everything was good.

Hafta sonu Antep gezimiz için tercih ettiğimiz mükemmel otel. Otelin içi, dekorları, restoran bölümü çok çok iyi. Konumu çarşıya yürüme mesafesi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle Melike Hanım'a her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha Antep'i ziyaret edersek kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.
