Guter Preis, einfaches Hotel, nettes Personal.

2/10 Mediocre

Hayalkırıklığı

Otele girişte ücretsiz minibar hizmetimiz var diye söyleyip, otel çıkışında 2 su için 450 TL minibar kullanma ücreti talep eden, sözünün eri olmayan, ticaret fırıldağı olmuş bir işletmedir.

It was a nice stay, clost to the city center. The room was clean and warm. I wish the staff was more friendly. Breakfast was nice and different.

Tek basima gittiğim tatilde otel personeli her konuda yardımcı oldu. Her zaman nazikler. Temizlik konusunda titizler. Konum acisindan da otel gayet iyi. Zeugma muzesi disinda her yere yuruyerek gidebildim. Ilgilerine cok teşekkürler. Antep gezisi isteyen tum arkadaşlarıma tavsiye ettim.

Great location, professional staff, big room and bed. I had a bit of an issue with the internet on my laptop (it worked on a phone), and since my stay was short I couldn't resolve it (err name not resolved).

Family - Dec - 2020 - 3 nights.

Very friendly staff, they can communicate a little in english. The breakfast included is very good and the chef is good too. The price deserve what you get and the room was clean and well heated, the only problem I faced was in hot water. There is a bumbing problem to our room. Other than that every thing is good. The place of hotel nearby a park, shopping mall (10 min walking). The neighbourhood is quite with a lot of local shops nearby.

Tavsiye ederim.

Personel güler yüzlüydü. Her gün odalar temizlenip, havlular yenilendi.
