Property is beautiful! There are zero amenities in room and I didn’t know so I had to go get shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, etc. Also, room and hotel don’t offer a coffee machine or a tea kettle or water. No staff in hotel after 4pm.

The place in itself was amazing, neat, nice room. There was no service whatsoever, and no staff on site. We tried to ask the vineyard wine tasting but were turned down without a reason. Otherwise great, but perhaps service and availability could be better.

Very beautiful, comfortable, castle hotel, more like a high-end B&B, spacious and luxurious. Located in a small town surrounded by vineyards. The owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I hope to have the opportunity to come again.

We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. Emmanuelle gave us some very good restaurant suggestions near by to the chateau. It was such a great and unique experience spending the night at the chateau. We were given the Master room with the adjoining room for our son to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! We got to walk the grounds for an evening stroll. The next day, breakfast was excellent. Felt like royalty for a day!

Property was unique and just what we were looking for - a quiet and secluded location after a grueling flight from the USA. One needs the comfort and quiet in order to try to recover some lost sleep/jet lag. The chateau offers the additional benefit of producing some amazing wines at very reasonable prices. My son, the connoisseur, approved of Chateau Lussac 2016.

Unterbringung war zwar im Nebengebäude, dafür Frühstück im Hauptgebäude. Hübsch renoviert. Hatten Küche/ Gemeinschaftsraum dazu. Weingut gehört zum Chateau, Möglichkeit der Besichtigung während der Weinlese wurde ermöglicht, auch Wein zu bestellen und liefern zu lassen - sehr professionell!

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were some disappointing aspects. The room was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was good. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool. During our visit, temperatures reached nearly 40°C, and being able to cool off in the pool made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. However, we found the staff to be rather unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. After showing us our room upon arrival, we had virtually no interaction with anyone until check-out. We were also disappointed that we were never allowed to enter the château itself. One of the reasons we chose this property was the opportunity to experience the château, but unfortunately we could not visit the interior or take any memorable photos inside. While the facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool, the lack of hospitality and access to the château left us with mixed feelings about the experience.

Kendi şatomuzmuş gibi kaldık. Bahçede kendimize şahane bir sofra kurduk, şarabımızı içtik. Odalar da gayet ferah ve konforluydu. Sabah ana binanın içinde gezmek çok keyifli oldu. Peynir olmaması dışında kahvaltı da gayet iyiydi. İsterseniz Lussac’daki marketten istediğinizi alıp sofraya koyabilirsiniz ama…

Remanso de paz

Magnífica habitación: amplia, luminosa, limpia, bonita. El enorme jardín muy agradable si uno tiene tiempo para dejarse llevar de la calma y la tranquilidad que desprende. La señora que nos sirvió el desayuno, riquísimo, muy agradable. Hay que tener coche porque está un poco apartado y el pueblo en sí no tiene nada, aunque cerca hay pueblos muy bonitos.
