Staff were great at front desk but hallways and rooms need updating. Stains in hallways carpets and broken bathroom hardware, missing lightbulbs don't help with the experience. Morning breakfast was great and the gentleman running it was fantastic. Hotel also right across street from Milan Central train station and Metro was convenient.

We could not access the hotel wifi from our room (7th floor), which was very frustrating considering we were travelling internationally and our esims were not working properly. There was an issue with the first room but the staff were really helpful and we were accommodated in another room. In fact all the staff were kind and polite and eager to help. Location is really good if you want to be near to Milano Centrale railway station and the metro. Not true city centre but convenient. Small shop nearby that opens late and good for th Mercato Centrale for food options. Were other food options nearby but didn’t try them.
