Pros: Hotel Brunelleschi is very close to Milan Duomo and other places we wanted to visit. The breakfast selection is varied and choices were tasty. Dining staff were very attentive and friendly. Cons: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I can remember trying to sleep on and the pillow was just as bad. We did ask for and receive a softer pillow that helped. The WiFi was very unreliable. WiFi frequently stopped working.
