Very nice, efficient front desk. Loved the pillow choices. Liked the breakfast, the toiletries we can pick from, and options on toothbrush hard-soft. The location was excellent, conveniently close to food, shopping and train station. Room was cozy, liked the sliding shutters to darken roomand being able to open window since it was warmer in the building and only heater was option in winter. For a solo female from US, I liked my stay here a lot. I’ve never been to Shizuoka, only here for a concert and not know knowing what to expect of this town and place, I was glad to get chance to take this side trip to this charming city. This hotel did not disappoint and is a great value in my opinion.

I really enjoyed my first time in Shizuoka and enjoyed this hotel. I came here because the concert I wanted to see in Tokyo only let fan club member and Numazu was the nearest alternative venue. I have to say though that I was happy to visit Numazu as it offered a different vibe. The hotel was perfectly located near the station, shopping, the concert venue. I felt safe as a solo traveler walking around at night back to my hotel even when the street were quiet but the brightly lit and festive shops near the hotel was welcoming. The front desk was very helpful and the additional toiletries and vanity kits they offered was great. The pillow choices were awesome as well. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff so nice especially the lady making at the egg station. I felt my small room was a perfect retreat or cocoon to recuperate and rest after the long days. And I was pleasantly surprised to see Mt Fuji from my room, albeit partially obstructed but that was the only day I was able to see its peak the entire 2.5 weeks I was in Japan.
