I liked the convience of the property very close to downtown. The room was spotless and the girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, what a great personality she has. Thank you Kelly for making my stay that much better.

Clean room that fit my family needs and budget. Very near everyday things to get you through as opposed to tourism markup pricing. No fault of the inn but visitors must be mindful that the neighboring historic Lundy Lane park is filled with drug users and paraphernalia. I will stay here again the next time I travel to the Falls.
