We booked three apartments for a family trip with kids for almost one week each. Sadly, the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
• Condition & Cleanliness: The apartments were much more worn out and “tired” than shown in the photos. Cleanliness was below average, and the overall feel was not fresh or well-maintained - floors where you wanted to have shoes on at all times, kitchen cabinets damaged from moist and cooking, loose handles and barely any water pressure in the shower just to name a few. All the decorative cushions were not pleasant to touch
• Squeezing out every penny: Traveling with small children is already stressful, and this place didn’t make it easier. When a toilet seat—already loose when we arrived—broke during our stay, the hotel immediately claimed full new item compensation. They showed no flexibility or understanding, implying that the fact that we stayed almost a week should have caused the wearing out. I relied on them knowing condition of their property. Their unwillingness to consider the context or offer any goodwill felt like dealing with a budget car rental than a hospitality provider, especially when we got threats with legal action out of the blue.
• If you still choose to stay here, inspect everything thoroughly upon arrival, document and report even the smallest issue - may cost you additional half a day and a bad start. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a more family-friendly, service-oriented experience & better value for money
