The hotel itself is lovely, especially the pool area. The staff were very helpful with providing information and helping us find drivers, etc. The only downside for us was that there was very little as far as shops, cafes or restaurants in the immediate area, and no small grocery stores for picking up fruit or small items. Fortunately the breakfast that the hotel offers is excellent and substantial. We loved the hotel and would stay there again. I would recommend getting one of their upgraded room for the most comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 5 nights. The highlights were the service from all of the staff, the pool was very nice, and the breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and we heard little noise at night.

This is an amazing little hotel near to the center of Merida. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the little touches such as lactose free milk. The breakfast fruits were very fresh and tasteful.
