it is important to know that this isnt a hotel. the condos are small and poorly equipt.
to be honest my feelings were very different upon leaving than when I got there.
the initial shock of how tiny the rooms are, is hard to get over. I just arrived from a hotel room that was larger.
and then you're given a bar of soap, two towels and a roll of toilet paper for your stay, and you're on your own.
we went to the store and bought more TP and shampoo. but the two towels were always wet between showering and the pool. also, I believe not having a sponge and dish soap sends the message not to use their kitchen. so I didn't.
that being said, the agent named gary seemed genuinely concerned to make this work. we switched rooms to something more agreeable without an argument and he was nice about the whole thing. I found my way across the street to the mall which has plenty of food, stores, and an imax. the pool is excellent there and you could spend the whole day just hanging out there, which I did more than once. lots of happy people there at the pool!
so in the end...I had a good time and left with good photos and good memories. I just warn to keep your expectations in line if you think you and your family can crash there with lots of room, and to use the kitchen without you bringing along your own linen supply, food, soaps and such. you are renting a small square footage with minimal support.
but it is modern, clean, and happy. also beware, each apt has different cable tv channels
