The chalet was great, cosy and warm. The underfloor heating was very nice. Food was great. The Chabu Chabu and Sukiyaki were very tasty. The breakfast buffet was very good. The potatoes were a hit. The shuttle van was very convenient and efficient. The staff were really great, super nice and helpful. Special shout out to the Chef for the great food and Angela and Megan for all the help and the van driving. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you and Merry Christmas

周りを気にせず過ごせるログハウス

率直な感想としましてはとても快適に過ごせました。大自然の中にログハウスが数棟、他の宿泊者はおらず私達1組であったこともありとても静かで自然の音も楽しめました。ルスツ豚等のお肉から季節のお野菜を楽しめるBBQ、持ち込みした手持ちの花火を満喫し一夜を明けた後には美味しい朝食もいただきました。 なによりチェックインからチェックアウトまで対応して下さったスタッフの方の愛想の良さに打たれました。 ログハウス内は、洗面台の照明が付かず少し暗かったですがベッドはとても清潔で寝心地もよく疲れも取れました。 少し残念だった点を申しますと、事前に拝見していた写真とは違うお部屋（1番大きい部屋の写真しか無かった（？））であったため少しだけ戸惑ったこと、ソファの横に蜂のような蛾のようなよく分からない奇妙な虫の死骸があったことです。 しかし、マイナス面を考慮しても10点満点中9点の楽しみを味わう事が出来ました。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。

多忙中の夫婦の息抜きに利用させて頂きました。

お互いに仕事で忙しい中、ゆっくりした夫婦2人の時間を、と、食事の時間や内容に縛られたくないので、着替えのみ持参で利用しました。 この時期のBBQ、気温も低く、雨でしたが、パラソルを用意して頂き、BBQ1式用意して頂き、1人3千円ちょっと。。2泊なので、14000円ちょっとでしたが、 1日めは15時の到着してすぐ用意して頂き、ダラダラとビールを飲みながら楽しめました。 2泊目もBBQ希望で、朝食時に、15時には始めたいとお伝えしておいたので、近くの道の駅や商店でドライブがてら、魚介を購入し、楽しみました。 夕食のBBQ食材が前日と同じ食材内容だったのと、道の駅で同じ食材が売っていたのが残念でしたが、ジップロックにて持ち帰り、カレーにしました。 夜は静かで、 動物達の鳴き声をハラハラしながら堪能出来ます。 月明かりと星を楽しみにしてましたが、外灯が明るく、期待通りでは無かったですが、この時期ならではの空気感と、紅葉と朝晩の寒暖差、景色、とても良かったです。 ホテルの方の対応は、良い距離感で、とても良かったです！ 近くにコンビニもあり、便利です。 また来年も利用させて頂きたく思います。 私達のような夫婦にはピッタリな宿でした。。 朝ごはんは、嬉しいテイクアウト風で、 本当に美味しかったです。😊 また来年まで、楽しみに頑張れます。😊

Villa Rusutsu

Villa Rusutsu was probably the best lodging we ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t wish for anything more. Always help with transfer to the skiing slopes and also help with suggestions, booking and transfer to restaurants at night. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks and if we ever go back to Hokkaido we will no doubt try to stay at villa rusutsu.
