No me gusto nada!!

Ubicacion y personal excelente

Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious enough for the two of us. Bed was not great. Great location for walking or getting on a tram.

This is designed as extended-stay so the amenities aren't that great; we stayed for eight nights and were only given a couple of coffee pods, only getting some extra when asking for them after significant miscommunication regarding change in total stay charge due to updates in local tax law. That said, the property is lovely, and while the location is not in the very center of everything, it's still within the Canal Belt and easily navigable to all points of interest in the area if you are a walker (or, of course, a cyclist).

The small suite was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location with some very good restaurants within a short walking distance.

Loved the amenities as we were there 7 days, close to grocery store so saved food costs. Would stay again in spite of problems listed. I'm a walker so didn't mind walking to all the places around Amsterdam. Liked having access to washer/dryer. Staff was helpful with downloading and showing how to use app to run machines. Refrigerator smelled like something had spoiled in it (smell went away by increasing coldness). Oven was showing a error message when trying to use it so needed repair which was done the next day. No toilet paper on 1 day which they blamed on a strike that had been known for days in advanced. Not sure floor had been mopped because I noticed large dried spot where someone had missed the toilet.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable. As for the location, it is very practical: within easy walking distance to many of the main attractions, as well as services, in addition to being also fairly quiet.

The room we had was a huge two bedroom, two bath that had a full kitchen. It was great as our son as his own room. The negative was that it was very warm even though they provided two floor fans which helped but we found out not many hotels have air conditioning. They also only do housekeeping once a week but we did say something and they came after our 4th night there, Another negative was that the people that stayed above us must have had a couple kids that ran around like it was a park and they were up at all hours of the night.

Do not recommend in summer….The room we paid for did not include what was included listed. SUPER HOT ROOM. Rude staff. We paid a lot of money and treated terribly on our stay. They didn’t provide fan, no weekly clean, fresh towels, or toilet paper. One staff member was lovely but besides that I do not recommend staying in summer. The hallway smelt like urine and we asked to be cleaned and 2 weeks later… nothing was done. I was told to wear headphones in reception while waiting for my food then the staff continued to gossip and talk about their weekend and told me I was bothering them and “bugging” them. Besides this, great location and nice spot close by and canals were beautiful.

A beautiful space and excellent support staff on site, also one of my favorite neighborhoods of Amsterdam. Kitchen could have used a toaster and there's no full-length mirror, but otherwise a lovely, cozy room.
