O hotel é bom, tem pontos positivos e negativos como qualquer estabelecimento. Positivo: todos os funcionários são educados e corteses, o quarto e banheiro são muito limpos, internet boa, estacionamento amplo, boa localização, silencioso. Neegativo: colchão e travesseiros muito macios, cama pequena (somos um casal alto), corredores abafados (os vitrôs ficavam mais fechados que abertos - embora a cidade seja bem abafada), café da manhã precisa melhorar, pois além da oscilação da qualidade, faltou variedade. E por ser uma cidade muito abafada e quente, faltou uma piscina no hotel.

Fiquei 3 diárias, dois dias sem xampu no quarto, trocaram a toalha no segundo dia, conforme solicitamos, mas esqueceram de repor as novas, não repuseram também o sabonete. Anunciaram com estacionamento para hospedes, mas o estacionamento é na rua, se vc quiser colocar dentro do hotel cobra taxa extra. Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei, da primeira vez não era Bistrol e não tive problema, parece que piorou. Não sei se volto a ficar nesse hotel futuramente.

Falta empatia da equipe, nenhuma alma para perguntar se precisa de ajuda com bagagem, mesmo quando tive que mudar de quarto por problema no primeiro quarto. Café razoável, mas o sabor do ovo não existe e a salsicha se assemelha a pedaços de EVA com água e massa de tomate. Quartos limpos até certo ponto, dava para perceber pontos de sujeira. Conforto das camas deixa a desejar, vou levar uns dias parae recuperar da dor na coluna.

Minha experiência no Bristol Sabrina teve pontos positivos e negativos. O quarto era bastante confortável e silencioso, ideal para descansar após um dia cheio. No entanto, encontrei um problema com a pia do banheiro, que estava com vazamento, o que causou certo incômodo. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Os pães aparentavam não ser frescos, os ovos mexidos estavam frios e o iogurte, misturado com morangos naturais, ficava com uma textura espumosa pouco agradável. Além disso, alguns frios estavam ressecados, provavelmente por armazenamento inadequado. As fotos apresentadas no site não condizem com a realidade do café da manhã oferecido diariamente. Acredito que com alguns ajustes na manutenção e mais atenção à qualidade dos alimentos, a experiência poderia ser bem mais satisfatória.
