Minha estadia foi excelente. O quarto estava muito limpo, organizado e confortável, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável. A equipe de funcionários foi muito atenciosa, educada e sempre disponível para ajudar. O café da manhã tinha boa variedade e tudo estava muito saboroso e fresco. Um dos grandes destaques foi a linda vista para a praia, que deixou a hospedagem ainda mais especial e relaxante. Quarto muito bom, tudo bem limpo. O que pode melhorar é o serviço. Cobram R$ 4,00 por toalha para uso na piscina ou praia em um hotel de praia? Coloca no custo e não deixa isso para o hóspede pagar extra. Pior que isso, só o fato de termos ido pedir toalhas e não ter. Além de cobrar, falta. Outro ponto é no café da manhã com copos de plástico descartável para servir água e suco, inadmissível pelo preço das diárias.

O hotel tem um prédio já reformado, com toda an infra estrutura hoteleira. Mas, nos colocaram no outro prédio, que está em reforma já a alguns meses. Quebra-quebra das 7h às 18:30h. Poeira. Ninguém merece! Fomos reclamar. Disseram que o HC é que nos passaram pra um quarto errado. Que pelo que pagamos, deveria ser o Confort (no HC estava Família Confort), que seria uma categoria inferior. Enfim, por estarem lotados, e nós, muito cansados, optamos por ficar. Mas, foi uma experiência horrível.

Desde a chegada até a saída a equipe atenciosa. O rapaz que nos recebeu inclusive fez questão de levar a mala mesmo eu recusando. Nos levou até o quarto, pegamos o mais simples mas era perfeito, enorme, super limpo, só o chuveiro que não aqueceu muito. Bem decorado e equipado. Travesseiro maravilhoso.

Fica a dica: Hotel bem simples! Cobertor tinha apenas um, super fino, precisamos pedir +4, pois estava muito frio. Os travesseiros eram finos e nenhum pouco confortável. Ar condicionado não tem opção aquecedor. Secador de cabelo bem ruim. Café da manhã simples. Atendimento na recepção super bom. Fizemos check-in antes do horário, foram gente boa. Quando fomos fazer o check-out, pedimos pra deixar a mala, para poder curtir a praia, e eles guardaram no maleiro até as 18:00.
