The receptionist (elderly lady with darker long hair) at the time of check-in was not customer friendly, not very professional, and didn't provide full information.
However, the hotel's manager and maintenance staff were very polite and friendly - compensating for the receptionist.
The location and value are great. But the rooms are dated (old and need refurbishment) and not the cleanest.
I would consider staying again at Luxor, but may not be my first option.
