Could not fault this place. Would stay here again yes definitely. Was a little unsure of the key code entry but apprehensions went whilst in. Only down side television and set top box didn’t work defaulted to some random screen & even GPT couldn’t fathom it out. Zero instructions, these things are a basic, sort that all will be 5*

The apartment was really clean, peaceful and really nice. Reception was is a different building but was easy to find and staff was helpful and supernice. If I ever come back to Warsaw, I will stay here. Surroudings were also safe and there were lots of restaurants.

Very nice apartment, located close to the subway station. At first a little bit hard to find, because the reception was on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex. Helpful staff, though, and smooth check in. The apartment had all the facilities we needed, including a kitchen. There's a small supermarket nearby so perfect to make your own breakfast in the morning.

The apartment has been furnished with the cheapest of everything. It has the bare minimum you need. We were left 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 small sponge for a 3 night stay. No dish cloth. The bedroom door would not close as the bed was too big for the room. The bed was cheap and creaky. Furnishings and fittings were stained and shabby. Very disappointed.

Members of staff were so friendly and going extra mile to ensure we have everything we need. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is kid friendly (we travelled with two small children) and a cot was provided. Excellent location, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, 5 minutes walk to metro, trams and busws. Thank you for everything, we would love to stay with you again :)

What a find!

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It was completely outfitted with everything a traveler could need, plus it was in a great location. The apartment itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. What a find!

Great but not missing a balcony

When we booked the room, from the pictures it seemed they all came with a nice big balcony. That is indeed not the case for all their rooms. This was about half a metre deep so sitting outside enjoying the evening was out of the question. That said, the apartment was clean and in good shape. We did enjoy our stay.

Appartment war gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlt leider eine Klimaanlage, die im Sommer aber dringend notwendig ist aus meiner Sicht. Sonst super Lage, war etwas laut nachts aber aus meiner Sicht noch in Ordnung. Bissl tricky zu finden aber hat alles gut geklappt

Good property and as advertised. They could offer more pillows and tea. The instructions for access need to be far clearer. Once you are in it's ok but it's circuitous and not clear. Took 20 mins longer to just get through the front door than it should have.

Vastapäätä olevasta kerrostalotyömaasta olisi hyvä ilmoittaa, rakentamisesta aiheutuva meteli häiritsi. Alakerran ovimies ei puhunut englantia. Emme tienneet mihin jätepussit täytyisi viedä. Muuten siisti ja viihtyisä alue ja asunto.

This is really an apartment, not what I would call an aparthotel. The apartment is new and nice, but the lack of AC is a significant drawback during hot days. There plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The part that we didn’t like was the less than perfect communication for non-Polish speakers. I recommend the owners to provide clear instructions on how to enter the building and the apartment (the menu at the interfon is only in Polish). The instructions should also make it cleat that garbage won’t be taken out, etc. All in all, the experience can be good, if the communication is improved.

Sehr gutes Appartment jedoch ist der Check In etwas komplizierter. Der Check in findet an einer anderen Adresse statt und um dort erstmal ins Gebäude zu kommen muss man erstmal mit einem Code klingeln und dann kommt man erst ins Gebäude. Der Code steht aber nirgendwo so dass wir gezwungen waren anzurufen. Das bereitgestellte Passwort für das Wifi passte garnicht für dieses Appartment. Wir mussten erstmal das richtige Signal finden und haben uns dann das Passwort aus der Horizonbox genommen.

One of the worst experiences unfortunately due to poor instructions and thanks to the property manager Taisia, who spoke to me like I am an idiot when she had to go downstairs and open the door to the office building that other reviewers and HERSELF also confirmed that it gets jammed and she often has to ride 7 flights in the elevator to open it for guests, must be very hard. Also as a ukrainian I dont speak russian and please dont assume this is our first language, that assumption from her was wild considering what Ukrainians have to go through. Apartment was average. Tv internet was not working on the 2nd day, coffee pots were all open, chipped plates, cigarette buds on the balcony. Would be nice to have some paper towels.Shower will get the floor vet no matter how hard you try to not splash the water. I stayed at Patronus apartments before this place and they were excellent!

Vi fikk en annen leilighet enn oppgitt. Det var badekar, ikke dusj som annonsert. Ikke noe sted å sette dusjhode på veggen. Fra leilighet til balkong var det en høy kant som var utfordrende. Savnet informasjon om stedet/stedene rundt på leiligheten. Fint og rolig sted, som kan anbefales.

Byłam w Warszawie i to naprawdę fajne miejsce – bardzo bezpieczne, czyste i godne polecenia. Z całego serca mogę wysłać swoją rekomendację. Na dole znajduje się cudowna pani, która prowadzi bakery z pysznymi, świeżymi kanapkami – warto spróbować! Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy.
