Totally amazing property (hotel) the host /family and staff were friendly ,outgoing and extremely helpful . The room with a view was just what we needed , surrounding were all great , were able to work to pretty much everything. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, had an amazing time .

A marvellous small hotel - good size room, very clean, fantastic amenities and useful extras such as cotton buds, shoe horn and shoe shine sponge. The staff were exceptional (5 stars isn’t enough!), the breakfast offered great quality and choice. Car-parking in front of the hotel on the forecourt was a real bonus.

We had a wonderful stay here! The owners and colleagues were welcoming and personable. Room was so comfortable, bed was marvellous. Loved the little touch in the wardrobe for things you may need, really insightful thinking of everything. Coffee in room was great, great choices, lots of milk and four cups! Nice glasses with water and a fridge in the room. Didnt get to use the bath with bubbles but the bathroom had a tv, was great. Spacious room with a sofa and a great view of the coast. Breakfast was outstanding! We will be back, thanks so much.

Room was very spacious, clean and my little lad loved the jacuzzi bath. Staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we stepped through the front door to the moment we left. Would definitely recommend if want to stay somewhere quiet and pleasant.

Wow! What a find! From the moment you step inside, the staff make you feel so special! It’s beautifully decorated, high end and luxurious. Our room was above and beyond with luxurious fittings and a whirlpool bath with a tv/radio in the wall of the bathroom. The toiletries were very welcomed and Clare had even thought of an emergency box of all sorts in each room, with items such as scissors, and a sewing kit. The bed was super comfortable and there was a remote to adjust the lighting for different ambiance’s. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed if used. There were luxury bathrobes and slippers in the wardrobes. The breakfast was superb. So much to choose from and again, the service was second to none. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was parking available and a £10 day pass for 2 on the tram allowed limitless travel on the buses aswell. It’s in a lovely quiet spot, at the far end of the seafront in Blackpool. We ate at a local Italian restaurant which was excellent. And at a Chinese restaurant called Mandarin. Equally excellent! We were so impressed. Thank you to Clare and her team. (Including her hubby!) A definite five star rating from us.

Absolutely first class stay. From the welcoming and friendly owners and staff to the lovely top class accommodation. Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are going to Blackpool. Very quiet and safe area with access to the tram about 200 yards away allowing on and off travel all day as far as fleetwood on a single ticket
