At first to check in the room, we found a big dirt mark on the bed sheet. It was very quick response and the house keeping team had gone through this case with the teammate so I could see that they do want to make intensive improvement on it. Well appreciated it. The front desk staff are very helpful and always with smiley face, they are really charm guys! However, the lady sit behind them looks like in charge person or manager always have grumpy face or look so stressing which didn’t look very welcoming. The room is impressively with pool access and view, this is a good value even though this hotel is a bit far from town, the scenery and quietness are paid off. The only bad thing is the late check out room charge was a bit unfair, we checked out at 2pm since there was no phone in to urge or remind us to check out at 12pm so we assumed able to stay a bit longer. When we checked out, the lady looked like manager sit behind receptionist insisted to charge us 50% percent! She even showed us the regulation in the room but I said to her, there is no one to explain this important information when we check in and we also pointed out there is no single word to mark the percentage of late check out charges on her regulation! She then accepted 20% after negotiations so it seems like such important thing was not set as a rule, apparently the amount was flexible up to her mind! Felt like a bit ripe off not honest!
