L’emplacement de l’hôtel est fantastique! Le quartier est tranquille et il n’y a qu’à traverser la rue pour être sur le parvis de Notre Dame ! Le restaurant La Crème de Paris Notre Dame est à ne pas manquer! Le personnel est sympathique et les plats délicieux. La chambre est petite, mais confortable. Il n’y a pas de Clim, mais il y avait un ventilateur. Le décor est rustique et charmant. Excellent séjour ! J’y reviendrai. Merci.

Very cute boutique hotel! Unfortunately do not remember the gentleman's name that checked us in (tall, thin with glasses)...but he was Amazing! Very welcoming, VERY knowledgeable about the hotel and history of it. Engaged both myself and my daughter. Only thing was I booked a twin room through expedia, but we received a double standard....had already settled in before I realized. Overall, if you like authentic, historical charm you should stay at Hotel Esmeralda

Établissement d'un autre âge, les plinthes sont remplacées dans la chambre par des morceaux de planche par endroit. Nous nous interrogeons dur les conditions d'évacuation en cas d'incendie lorsque vous êtes dans les chambres du 4ieme étage vu l'étroitesse de l'escalier en en absence apparente d'issue de secours. De plus, nous avons dû partir une journée plus tôt que prévu, aucun geste commercial sous prétexte des conditions imposées par Hôtel.com . A part la situation au coeur de Saint Michel, aucun point positif pour cet établissement trop ancien et trop vétuste.

Perfect location

The location is absolutely perfect. Close enough to the Metro and night life. The hotel is slightly dated but for a weekend in Paris it was perfect. The room was satisfactory and had a shower with bath. The bed was comfortable enough with wooden bed frame and a bit squeaky so apologies to the room next door 😉 Would definitely go back!

This is a unique experience. It is in a 400 year old building that is shared with the famous Shakespeare and Company bookstore. The worn wooden stairs, peeling wallpaper add to the character. We had an amazing view of Notre Dame from our window. You can almost feel the spirits of those who used to hang out here...Ernest Hemingway, The Fitzgeralds.

Each of the three rooms I tried had bedbugs that appeared within a few minutes of me sitting on the bed. That being said, the hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was understanding of the situation. Once the bedbug problem is fixed, it would be a decent place to stay in a great location

We loved our stay at Hotel Esmeralda which felt like stepping back in time. The hotel does a great job of keeping original features and character while offering modern amenities. The ensuite was functional and clean and I was impressed with the availability of plug sockets in the room and great wifi. The staff we met were all helpful, friendly and spoke good English which was great when we have limited French. Although there is no lift we were helped to the room with our luggage. The location could not be better for access to the bars and restaurants of the Latin Quarter and of course the beautiful Notre Dame.

Very charming hotel. It was decorated in an old-French style while having modern appliances. The room had some minor wear-and-tear issues but was clean overall. The hotel is in a very lively area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Also had great views of Notre Dame Cathedral. Staff was very friendly and fluent in English and Spanish. Just be prepared to climb stairs as there is no elevator.

Não houve estadia pois Paris não permite funcionamento do Hotel e o hotel não memorou o cancelamento pelo site ou aplicativo do Hotéis,com Fiz solicitação antecipada junto a Hoteis.com do cancelamento e estou aguardando retorno
