Terrific place to stay. Well organised, well run. Alan was very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. There were nice little touches, such as facial wipes, cotton pads and ear buds left out for guests. We had a lovely breakfast, great accommodation and had a really nice stay.

This place it's more than a B&B. It has everything you would expect from a high end hotel but in a cosy property. Alan is a fantastic host and will make you feel like home straight away. Situated within easy surviving distance of Glasgow and Edinburgh, or beautiful countryside, we were able to customize our activities for each day of our stay. Perfect!!! The building has been beautifully and tastefully converted and decorated. Every amenity that you could want is thoughtfully and kindly provided. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming, we arrived to a glorious log fire and the offer of whisky...we got chatting and had a lovely evening by the fire. I honestly could not imagine a more comfortable and welcoming place.

We had a wonderful evening stay at The Station House. Alan couldn't be more helpful and hospitable. The accomodation is beautfully decorated and homely. We loved having the lounge available, as we'd had a long day on the motorbikes and having a sofa and TV gave it a real home from home feel. Breakfast was delicious and the room clean and comfortable. We have stayed at 6 B&B's this week and this place was top of the list. Thank you both.

This was my first solo trip. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Alan. The B&B is beautiful. Rooms are of a high standard either everything you would need for your stay, tea & coffee facilities, tv. Cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was of a high standard with so much choice. Arvril made sure I had everything needed.
