Quarto estava sujo no primeiro dia de estadia, no segundo dia pedimos limpeza e quando retornamos o quarto estava do mesmo jeito. Quarto no primeiro andar (n° 2013) extremamente úmido, mesmo com ar-condicionado funcionando. O café da manhã estava bom.

Experiência ruim em todos os sentidos. A cama era dura e desconfortável. O quarto é pequeno e durante a noite tem um odor horrível, similar a cheiro de esgoto, porém não conseguimos identificar de onde vinha esse mau cheiro. Banheiro minúsculo. O café da manhã bem razoável com poucas opções. Em resumo, não vale o custo benefício e o hotel como um todo necessita de grandes melhorias na sua estrutura e nos serviços que oferecem.

Pelo preço no período que fomos, o hotel foi ótimo. Ele é bem localizado, pertinho da praia de Boa Viagem. Deixou a desejar um pouco nos seguintes quesitos: tinha barata no quarto, a cama é pequena, a vista da janela do quarto é para um telhado. Os pontos positivos: ótimo atendimento de todos do hotel, se funciona bem, bem localizado, café gostoso (apesar de achar que poderia ter mais uma ou outra opção). No geral, foi ótimo o custo-benefício!
