Problemas sérios no controle de estadia dos hóspedes. Já havia feito meu check-in e me hospedava há alguns dias neste hotel quando, do nada, alguém tentou entrar em meu quarto. Só não conseguiu pois eu havia utilizado a trava de segurança da porta. Ela era outra hóspede. Meu quarto estava escuro e eu poderia ter agredido essa hóspede achando tratar-se de uma invasão caso tivesse me esquecido da trava e ela entrasse no local. A equipe da recepção é tão confusa que, horas mais tarde, ligaram-me de madrugada para perguntar quem eu era e o porquê de estar ocupando aquele quarto. Classifico como um incidente grave, pois demonstra problemas no gerenciamento de hóspedes. Com se sentir seguro em um lugar assim?

Sinceramente quero acreditar que não dei sorte. Apartamento com tubulação do banheiro entupindo, pia e o box do banheiro enchendo. Hotel lotado e não tinha quarto para trocar. Isso 1h da manhã. Eu com criança pequena, tive que ir pedir um alvejante lá embaixo para higienizar para não pegar um fungo. Inadmissível um hotel da rede Andrade com um problema absurdo desses. No geral hotel bom é o preço razoável, mas um box entupido é imperdoável, até um hotel de beira de estrada não ocorre isso! Revisem essas tubulações aí!!!

O hotel precisa de manutenção. O ar condicionado do quarto muito fraco, porta do quarto com problema e os funcionários insistindo em falar que estava normal. Precisou a camareira não conseguir entrar para a limpeza para eles tomarem providências ... muito stress !!! Os corredores ainda com carpete e aquele cheiro de mofo. Sinal do Wi-Fi é muito fraco. Quero destacar e agradecer a atenção da camareira, Maria Oliveira. Educada, atenciosa ... excelente funcionária !!! Já estive hospedado no hotel outras vezes e não tive problema, então, realmente tem alguma coisa acontecendo para cair o padrão.

A acomodação estava excelente, pena que não tinha quarto vista mar, apesar de ter reservado com um mês antes. Prédio com 12 andares, mas o elevador só vai até o 11º. Como se o hotel estivesse lotado (não parecia), fomos acomodados justamente no 12º andar, ou seja, tendo que usar escada. Durante a estadia (uma noite), somente um dos elevadores esteve em funcionamento. Ruído excessivo durante a noite toda, aparentemente do ar condicionado dos quartos vizinhos (não usamos o do quarto porque não havia cobertor). Quarto pra casal com duas camas separadas. Travesseiros extremamente finos. Colchão mole. Café da manhã mediano. Estacionamento pago, não anexo ao prédio, em terreno com lama e vagas sem cobertura. Resumindo, é o barato que não vale muito a pena.

Hotel sem compromisso com o conforto do hóspede! Camas moles demais, roupa de cama horrível, travesseiros horríveis, toalhas de banho desgastadas. Café da manhã insosso! Elevadores lentos e problemáticos! Piscina deplorável era melhor nem ter! O pior é o estacionamento prometido, na verdade um terreno baldio sem proteção, enlameado, manobrista tem que andar e trazer um carro de cada vez! Não recomendo o hotel!
