First of all, this is not a hotel — it’s a motel, and not in great condition. The property is outdated, not very clean, and in need of a full renovation. While they’ve added a few cute touches like stylish shampoo bottles and a basket for bedding, overall everything feels old and worn.
The rooms are dark and depressing, with no rugs — just sticky, dirty floors. There are no closets, no storage areas, no coffee maker, and no microwave.
The breakfast can barely be called breakfast: one small croissant and a small yogurt per person. To receive it, you must fill out a form with the number of guests in your room and your preferred breakfast time. If you don’t stop by and submit the form in time, you don’t get anything.
The staff was not helpful at all. They didn’t explain anything at check-in, weren’t proactive, and seemed unaware of basic information. I had to prove that I was a VIP member entitled to complimentary beverages, which they initially denied. They also refused to change our room because the booking was made through Expedia, telling us to resolve it through the platform instead.
As for the bikes — which were advertised as an amenity — most were rusted or improperly assembled. Only one was usable during our stay.
