Friendly and helpful staff greeted us every time we came through the door. The hotel is quaint, but immaculately clean and well designed. Great beds, nice shower and plenty of space in the bathroom. Our room had an excellent view of the plaza and the views from the rooftop bar were even better. The metro station is directly in front of the hotel entrance and countless restaurants are only a short walk. This street is also Madrid's equivalent to Broadway and has all the theaters running major productions (we splurged and got last minute tickets to The Lion King because we couldn't pass on the opportunity). Central to everything you'd want to do as a visitor to the city. Great price, great amenities, and you couldn't find a more convenient location.

Lovely hotel, easy to walm to most of the areas in madrid and right next to the metro, which made getting around and to and from the airport really easy, rooftop bar great with lovely views, especially at sunset, pool more for a quick dip and those who want to instagram their experience than for proper swimming but nice to cool off. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast also good, and with again lovely views.
