This accommodation should not be recommended as a place to stay. It is not clean or up to date.

For the price point the stay was ok but could get much better deals elsewhere ..No Breakfast included makes this even a costlier stay...

Limited parking, very dated building, room not clean build up of dust and bugs behind TV stand, curtains were dirty, bathroom fan rusted and ceiling around the fan was discoloured and somewhat sagging, beds had the wheels/feet removed from the frame and set on pieces of 2 x 4, heater was either dirty or burnt, mattresses were old and uncomfortable

The BMI is an older building. The linens were very clean and nice. The beds and pillows were cozy. The air conditioner kept the room at comfortable temperature on a hot evening. Having the restaurant downstairs was an added bonus. The food was good, and we had supper and breakfast in the restaurant. If you want an economical place to stay, this is your place. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean, Joanne at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. This is a one night stop over at best, it is very basic and very dated.

The Inn was clean which to me is very important. The decor is old and oversized for the room. This makes it difficult to move around the room. The shower would run hot & cold so makes having a shower tricky! It would have been nice have at least a few paper cups in the room to use.

rooms are very small with large furniture, bed felt old and saggy, no tv channels

The Barrier Motor Inn is priced right for the budget traveller. The room was small but comfortable. The bar and restaurant on site offered tasty food at reasonable prices. Its convenient to the main highway. Id stay again.

Coffee would have helped as there no amenities of any kind that I could see

It was very well priced and close to amenities. However it had no coffee or tea and a lack of soap and shampoo .The bathtub had no stopper so you could not have a bath only a shower and with kids this was not great. In addition we had pets and my wife has a bad hip and knees so they put you on the second floor this was my fault as well for not inquiring sooner

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very small for a 3 night stay. A clear need for an experienced maintenance person.
