Rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful, definitely a no frills continental breakfast, how ever it was very fresh and satisfied your needs. Parking lots were easy to find and getting around was easy to navigate, but be ready for a fair bit of walking

Always fun to stay in a dorm room! 20 minute walk to the center of St. John’s. Easy to access public transportation. It was a bonus that the breakfast was included.

Only things that really sucked was the front entrance was closed because of Reno had to walk from another building to the other and then the elevator was broken had to carry suitcases up the stairs. But the rooms where really clean and it was a nice stay

Stayed right after arriving St Johns, and before living St Johns in between travelling to West coast. The front desks are very helpful, rooms are clean and neat, the breakfast good enough, fresh fruit, coffee, milk, muffins, cereal…Uber to airport about $20-25. High recommended.

Convenient location, clean and affordable. Our room rate included continental breakfast which opened at 7am. Coffee and tea, juice, yogurt, 3 types of cereal, different types of bread and bagels, store bought crossianrs and muffins

there is a very clean room. stuff are too good,friendly. breakfast is Canadian as usual and the parking lot is a very nice parking lot and lots of option parking 15, 14, 13 but think is like the bed size is too small. otherwise everything good.

Had a one night stay, was good for that purpose. Hallway was a bit loud when others were moving around, but considering it’s a dorm area, it was expected. Breakfast included was perfect.

Plan on the rooms being extremely hot and there is no AC. Most guests had to sleep with their room doors open to try to manage

It was a rough stay. We expected the shared bathroom and lack of AC but the bathrooms were on the other side of the building and there was a power outage for a few hours in the morning that had the fridge in our room leak all over the floor and our belongings. Checked out early.

Lovely place, the kindest staff I've ever met, I will definitely be staying there again but I wouldn't recommend staying with Expedia, they charged us twice and according to the staff at the university, this is not uncommon.
