Parking and check in easy. Staff really friendly. The room was clean and plenty of tea and coffee. Really great location, easy walk to the town centre. The bathroom had a strong damp smell and the bed was very uncomfortable (solid with massive lump in the middle), however, it looks like they are in tbe middle of improvements, so hopefully this will be rectified soon. Will definitely return.

We got a spot outside the hotel which was free. But i guess these are limited just the luck of the draw. The man on reception was very friendly .the bed was so comfy we had a sea view room which had been refurbished. Spotlessly clean in our room. Complementry choc bars and water in the room. The rest of the hotel is undergoing a makeover smelt a little of paint but not in the room. All in all i would stay again without hesitation. Ty santa marie for a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Hotel Santa Maria from 15/06/26 for 3 nights and had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and the location is excellent for exploring Blackpool. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A real bonus was the free on-site parking, which made our stay even more convenient and took away the hassle of finding somewhere to park. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi. It worked well in the communal areas, but the signal in the rooms could be improved, as it was a little unreliable at times. It wasn't a major problem, but stronger room coverage would make the stay even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay at Hotel Santa Maria again. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable! Kind regards kirk plant
