We stayed in Building M room #302, quite and clean. Maybe a better view could be had from M310, M410, it was still pretty spectacular.
We brought lawn chairs to sit in on the balcony, which is quite large with excellent views of the mountain range, trees do obstruct the view somewhat, but the trees are also nice to look at
The kitchen is well equipped, but no paper towel, tin foil or plastic wrap, bring your own. In our comments to the hotel we did mention some items that would be helpful, such as frying pan lid, microwave spatter guard
Mattresses could be best described as firm, sometimes I thing it could be a marketing advantage for hotels to offer a choice of mattress density, as we both prefer beds on the plush side
