location is fantastic. A short walk across the bridge of lions and you are in historic saint augustine. A very nice restaurant across the street along with Whetstone chocolates. Next door to the motel is a place called hornski's a microbrewery with vintage arcade games and pinball which are all free to play. The courtyard at the hotel is very nice. The only downside to the rooms is that they are very small and tight but for the price and location well worth it. I would definitely recommend this motel

Very grim room, no blinds in the bathroom, completely ripped insect screen, bathroom sink pulled away from the wall, shower curtain brown and stained. Very noisy heater/ac, as in no sleep. Lights outside the rooms looked very nice but the curtains didn't block anything. Shame as very good location.
