Wonderful place that I will come back again.

It might be a bit hard to find, but it's actually minutes away by car to Gramado. Know the path once and it's super convenient. The property is huge, and has lots of greens. There is even a farm where I spotted an extraordinary golden long-tailed bird. Wonderful bedding and nice heating. The hotel and my room are super clean and cozy.

Tive uma excelente estadia no hotel e recomendo de olhos fechados. O atendimento é excepcional, com uma equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. A localização também é perfeita, ideal para quem quer praticidade sem abrir mão da tranquilidade. O quarto onde me hospedei era muito espaçoso, confortável e extremamente limpo. Quarto sujo (band-aid e canudo no chão), internet nao funcionou a maior parte do tempo. Sofa com problema que não conseguimos sentar sem escorregar. Nos deram um upgrade após reclamarmos. No "novo" quarto, a cama da sala estava bamba (tive que botar papelão embaixo de 2 pés para dar sustentação e as 2 cadeiras estão quase desmontando sozinhas. Muito ruim. Quando vejo as notas positivas tenho a impressão que me hospedei em outro lugar pois esse hotel não é sequer satisfatório.

O hotel de uma forma geral é boa. Algumas considerações: não tem nenhum tipo de lanche ou snacks disponível para comprar e por estar distante do centro da cidade, acredito que isso seja uma melhoria a ser avaliado. Outro ponto importante, o wi-fi é péssimo e não tem TV com canais aberto. Nesse sentido, ficamos sem acesso a TV. Café da manhã é bom e o espaço externo é bonito.

Pela segunda vez no hotel após 2 anos. Palavra é DECEPÇÃO. Escolhemos levar as crianças na Páscoa (sexta a domingo). Em meio a tantos hotéis incríveis da cidade e com ofertas de roteiros especiais na Páscoa, escolhemos o bangalôs por já conhecer e saber da fazendinha, picnic (pago a parte), jantar no local sem precisar sair pro agito da cidade e além de tudo uma oferta de delícias desde a chegada no check in, cronograma sábado e domingo de Páscoa como atrativo. Chegando no hotel nada do divulgado de recepção aconteceu (chocolate na chegada, espumante no quarto ) e ainda trocaram nosso quarto (casal e criança) para um quarto casal e pet. Após quase 2h tentando que alguém resolvesse, a colaboradora Josi com muito carinho ajeitou o quarto e trouxe espumante e prometeu os chocolates pras crianças (que dia seguinte ela carinhosamente levou) mas o “encanto “ já tinha ido embora Ao perguntar na recepção mais tarde: não havia mais picnic (somente com 3 dias de antecedência) não havia mais jantar no local e o cronograma de Páscoa de sábado e domingo havia mudado (mas não comunicaram e o post ainda estava no insta ) Tivemos que nos 3 dias sair para almoçar e jantar na rua (a proposta que buscávamos era sossego e tivemos o oposto graças ao hotel não ter comunicado antes ) e por fim no dia de domingo o coelho apareceu e trouxe alegria no momento do café da manhã Pontos positivos: Josi/ fazendinha segue com animais cuidados e lindos / quarto limpo e confortável

Voltei ao hotel depois de 3 anos e a deterioração é evidente. O café da manhã regrediu muito — a variedade diminuiu drasticamente, a qualidade caiu e já não lembra em nada o que o hotel oferecia antes. É, de longe, a mudança mais decepcionante. O quarto também aparenta estar parado no tempo, com visual antigo e sem nenhum sinal de atualização. Mas o pior é o barulho. A acústica é péssima: dá para ouvir tudo dos quartos ao redor e de cima. E o mais absurdo é começarem a limpeza às 8h da manhã, arrastando móveis e fazendo barulho intenso, mesmo com checkout às 11h e check-in às 14h. Dormir um pouco mais é simplesmente impossível. Além disso, o atendimento caiu — os funcionários já foram muito mais receptivos. Hoje, a equipe parece desmotivada e distante. No geral, o hotel perdeu muita qualidade. Não entrega mais a experiência que já ofereceu e precisa de melhorias urgentes.
