Don’t be fooled by the pictures

The pool had a film over it and wasn’t pumping round so didn’t want to use it as it looked dirty…The restaurant was closed so we had to order breakfast and then we had to eat it in our room…The bar was also shut down so couldn’t get a drink…The rooms themselves looked lovely but the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was luke warm and the plug hole was all blocked…I felt like squatters …

A+ for Service

I can only speak to my initial interaction with the hotel as they moved me to their sister property. My room wasn't available so they upgraded me to a hotel with more amenities. The welcome drink at this hotel even though i didn't stay was a nice touch. The only issue I had was that the check in area had a lot o tropical bugs. There are nice properties in the Caribbean and other tropical environs that have some type of shield so the bugs don't attack you. Would have been nice for this to be used at the hotel. The last thin I want after a long flight is to be attacked by bugs upon check in.

It might have been privilege to stay at the Privilege Boutique hotel some time ago, but is not any longer. The property feels old and in need of refurbishment (that might explain the cheaper price compared to other 4 star hotel in the area). The pool doesn't look very clean (on the surface of the water) and the pool chairs are simply dirty (I didn't see 1 person using the pool during my 4-day stay). There is no restaurant so you need to pre-order your breakfast in the evening and the staff will bring it and set it up in the small outdoor space in front of the room. There is also a karaoke next to the hotel which can be noisy in the evening. What saves this property is the staff which went out of its way to make our stay pleasant. We asked for mangoes for breakfast and they happily obliged; they also made phone calls for us to book restaurants.

Extremely bad hotel.

We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked. We left after one night.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures, better stay away. It was closed during the pandemic and now tourism is on the rise again, it’s in a deplorable state. Pictures are definitely pre-COVID. Breakfast was a joke (menu to choose from, but way too little and below basic level). Booked four nights left after one. Staff was helpful and understanding and refunded the money for the remaining nights.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Customer service to the highest standards, staff is super friendly and welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast was good although service a bit slow sometimes. The room was spacious and clean with a great balcony. The hotel is quiet, 10 min walk or a 3 minute Tuk-Tuk ride to pub street and market. Supermarket and pharmacy 1 min walk away. Beds are comfortable and the room has good sized bathroom. The pool is really nice and the bar serves really good cocktails. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel well located in quite area but close by the city center. Big modern and confortable room with balcony. Wonderful staff very kind and helpful who will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend it and hope to go back again.

Une belle nuit pour terminer notre séjour

Nous avons séjourné une nuit et nous aurions souhaité rester plus longtemps. L’hôtel est un petit havre de paix, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et le personnel attentif à nos besoins. Le chauffeur est venu nous récupérer à l’aéroport gratuitement et moyennant 10$ le retour a été organisé par leurs soins également. La piscine est propre et les transats confortables. Bon petit déjeuner servi en salle ou sur la petite terrasse de la chambre. Literie confortable et chambre calme (504). Localisation excellente, accès facile aux marchés de nuit et restaurants. Petite supérette à proximité avec distributeurs d’argent. J’y reviendrai sans problème lors d’un prochain séjour à Siem Reap.

My aunt and I stayed here for 3 days in January and would definitely recommend it. The staff were lovely and so helpful, particularly Prally and the younger girl (who I unfortunately didn’t get a name for). The hotel is in a really good location as it is only a 5 minute walk to town. The hotel has a feel of. Family run hotel and it really was amazing just how helpful n slovenly the staff were.

Staff fantastic, could not help you enough. Location good, easy walking distance to market and pub street . Room spacious and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable and cozy after a long day. Pool large, nice chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels provided.

A budget friendly jewel in Siem Riep

They are wonderful! The service is impeccable and you will be well treated by everyone. Of course, it is not a 5-star hotel so you may see the rooms are not perfect, however, the staff service quality surpasses these little details, I would definitely stay there

Great Place

I prefer the smaller boutique hotels because I like the personal service and this hotel was wonderful. I chose this hotel also because of the affordability ($134 for 3 nts.); the location (10” easy walk to Pub Street; Old Market); the amenities (free daily laundry up to 4 items, SIM card, airport pick up, mini fridge, hot water pot, bottled water, breakfast); a LOVELY pool; and the reviews on the kind staff. My room was quiet even though I was on the 1st floor. Sept. Is low season for travel so not a lot of guests were there. Everything you need is nearby- a mini mart is directly across the street. Tuk tuk driver was always available in front. The rooms are huge. WiFi is good. Great hot shower and ac. The only recommendation would be that at breakfast, ONE cup of coffee is included- would have like free flow.

Amazing property - staff is phenomenal!

Our stay was just perfection. Great central location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. All tour operators will pick you up from here. Staff is SUPER attentive and so very nice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And I enjoyed the immaculate pool and poolside with beautiful landscaping every single day. Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was superb!
