Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nette Bedienung

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig, Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ruhige Lage aber etwas abseites, was mir aber nichts ausmacht.

2/10 Mediocre

Booking not honoured after paying for room.

Booked this room through Wotif and paid. When I turned up at the hotel later on they said they were full and refused to honour the booking. They were very arrogant and dismissive in their attitude as if it were my error and not theirs. Steer clear of this hotel. Note: as I didn't stay there I couldn't comment on the condition of the room I had booked, however it is not possible to submit the review without filling those fields out.

Good value for money. Not very quiet in the morning as lot of miners go to work early morning.

FANTASTIC ACCom

Always the experience is amazing. One of the best customer service experiences I know in the Pilbara. Rooms are always a delight, amazing value for what you get and the warmth of welcome is priceless. Peter K

Quiet and accessible.

Late arrival after a long day. Warm and friendly welcome and very comfy room with super effective air con. Very reasonably priced accommodation in a town that, in general, is very expensive. Thanks

Too far from townsite

Only used the room to sleep. Drains smelt and limited hot water.

Basic accomodation

Room was cleN and tidy. Walls are paper thin so this ensured a noisy night thanks to the room beside us. Didnt see any other facilities here but had all the basics.

1 night stopover

The room and price suited our needs for a one night stopover between Port Hedland and Exmouth. Very courteous and efficient receptionist.

Excellent

Clean room, only 5 minutes from the town centre. Only stayed for 1 night between broome and exmouth. Free laundry and full cooking facilities in the room. Considering it is a cabin it is one of the nicest rooms we've had on the west coast so far.

Good cabins with good facilities

A good base for visiting attractions in and around Karratha. In the Light Industrial Area out of town a couple of k's from the town centre.
