Completed discusted!
We have stayed at this hotel and was always satisfied, however this time we where discussed with the cleaniness of the otherwise nice room. Finger marks and smears all over the mirror's. The toilet needed to be cleaned before using, there had to be an inch of dust on each headboard. Baseboards had not been cleaned in god knows how long. Common services where covered in marks, l would hate to still be in the middle of Covid. Muffins for breakfast were buried beyond eating and no cream to put in our coffee.
When we compained to the owner he had housekeeping come do the room again, but he never checked it or he would have seen they did a very poor job. Only leaves me to conclude he didn't care as he seemed disinterested when we told him at the desk. The one bright spot is the woman who checked us in and out was lovely, none of this was her fault. However as we told here in a business were customer service is vital to its survival, we will never book there again.
