The room was a good size with a little balcony & 2 chairs. Lots of useful furniture like night tables on each side, individual lights on each size, a large dresser and places to hang clothes. The bathroom is small but does have a counter beside the sink where you can put all your toiletries. You can adjust your own heat. The bed was comfortable and the place quiet. Will return in the future.

This is a good hotel for touring the area and attending plays. It was quiet, very clean, and staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the carpet was clean and comfy under foot. Parking was right at the door of the room. It was chilly fall weather, so we were not able to use the pool or outdoor areas. Not a problem. We did not expect that. The only drawback is that the price is rather high compared to other towns/cities for this level of accommodation and no breakfast... but it is Stratford with its seasonal Festival Theatre.

On,y stayed one night, but the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Located off the highway, so it’s easy to find. No issues. Would recommend to anyone staying in Stratford

Great property. Great staff. Probably the best motel in Stratford. A bit out of the way but Uber was great.

Very clean. Owners are polite and friendly. As it’s a family owned property they care about their property.

A good value for a basic stay. The information brochure in the room is a work of art, really useful if you are new to the area.

Really nice family run small business. We were able to check in well in advance of our 2pm play in town. The pool was great to come back to later in the day. Owners were friendly, engaging and super helpful.

Just needed one night, and hit the jackpot with this place. Clean, well maintained, gracious hosts. Nice pool we were sorry we didn’t get to enjoy. Appreciated the Keurig in the room that also included tea (yay!).

The room was spotless; everything from the carpet to the grout in the bathroom tile was very well maintained - in fact looked brand new. The pool was again well maintained and spotless. We only stayed for one night but Suburban would cerainly be our choice the next time we are in Stratford.

Parked our car right outside our door. Very clean inside. Wonderful view was of a lovely corn field and farm. Pool looked great but didn't use it. Only 7 minutes from downtown Stratford. Very quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful gardens sound proof the rooms from any possible traffic noise. The friendly owners/people in the office were very helpful with a map and locations for downtown parking, etc. The bedroom and new bathroom were decent sizes and extremely clean. There were room amenities such as table and chairs, frig, Keurig machine, ironing board and iron were conveniently placed. Great place to stay!

This is a small private motel located Lin the countryside approximately 2 miles away from downtown Stratford. It is extremely quiet with a secluded pool that is warm and inviting with a comfortable water temperature. The rooms are reasonably large with all modern amenities, including large, flat screen TVs, refrigerators and Kurtis coffee machines. Though the building dates from an earlier time it has been meticulously maintained and the staff is dedicated to the comfort, quiet and privacy of patrons. An extensive guide to Stratford restaurants, activities and theatre attractions is provided in each room, making it easy for visitors to plan their stay!

Parking was very easy ... outside your door! The owners are very well known and liked. If you want somewhere quiet and clean, this motel is excellent. Not in the hustle, bustle of downtown. Near a great market and within a good distance of the mall, restaurants, Walmart, etc.
