I stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious with high ceilings. Lovely bathroom (though the spa bath did not work) and nicely laid-out living/dining/kitchen. Excellent location.

Handy location but the lighting in the apartment section indoor stairwell was not working and it was very dark and the outside stairs were a little risky for the wet weather we experienced. The door to our toilet didn't close properly and the sliding door to one of the rooms had a big enough gap which limited the privacy of those in that room.

Had a lovely family stay in 3 bed apartment. Staff were friendly and unit was very clean. Building is old but it's really well placed for St Kilda, the park and the city. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is fully equipped for cooking which is good. But they dont check to see if the stuff is cleaned between visitors as we had to reclean a lot of things before we could use them. The bath tap didn't work so we had to use the shower head with no pressure to fill the bath up. Interenet didnt work, there isnt enough power points to charge anything. The photos show really modern but its quiet run down and we ended up leaving a whole night early and going home.

My husband and I could not fly due to having Influenza A so we could not attend a family function. Our other family members were staying there. The hotel manager declined to refund our booking which was fully paid. This was very disappointing on top of not being able to attend the function that my husband was the main guest for.

Serviced apartment was quite spacious. Parts of the apartment were run down. Some of it looked nothing like the photos, particularly the kitchen and bedroom. Old, thin, single pain glass windows like paper in terms of noise reduction.

Enjoyed our stay in the apartment, bed was comfortable and easy to access the apartment . disappointed that we paid for parking when we didn’t have too as it was complementary with our stay in the unit. Also we’re not informed of $300 refundable deposit prior to booking for incidentals although there is no mini bar in the apartment.

The apartments are separate from the hotel. Clean. Has what you need. Didnt advise there is only stairs & no lift. Not good being on the top floor with an injury that can’t do stairs well. Otherwise good for the price.

Warm and comfortable though the windows could do with thicker curtains for the winter. I would've recommended the radiant panel heaters over their very powerful and easy to use dual system air con, while it's clearly a beast, it's an inefficient form of heating that fades the minute it's off to the plus it dries you out something shocking! They have spa baths as standard! Fantastic! Probably isn't the fanciest place out there, but for nice location,
