I stayed at a number of places in the Kuta/Legian area and Kutabex was a great option to be by the water. Clean room, super comfortable bed and the entertainment at night was awesome.

The location of the hotel is not an issue, the staff are friendly. However, the hotel rooms are located in the basement without windows, they have fake windows that are decorated, none of the rooms have balconies, and the carpets are very old and moldy, which is really disappointing.

The hotel location isn't an issue, the staff are very nice, but the rooms were in the basement and all the rooms don't have windows, they had fake windows, just decorated like windows. Also, the carpets are very old, moist, and moldy, I can even smell the mold, which isn't really comfortable, and the location was okay.

Struttura bella ma un po' fatasciente, pulizia veramente scarsa, abbiamo dovuto chiamare una volta perchè si sono dimenticati la carat igienica, la seconda volta si sono dimenticati le salviette (una per persona)

Busy location but central in Kuta. First gave room in basement (LG) with no window. We didn’t notice as it was 2am. I saw front desk in morning and they switched us to better room with a proper window. We paid for Deluxe room too. Ensure you don’t get LG room when check in. Fair hotel. Mercury seems much nicer next door for not much more. Good spa below.

Noise but good location.

When we checked in she tried to give us the one bed instead of the 2 twin beds that I booked. Not cool. eventually she gave us the 2 twin beds that I booked. You can hear all the talking/ snoring beside your room and all the noise outside your door. also It will be nice if they can clean under the bed, because they are dirty when we checked in. But the hotel is in the good location. friendly staffs.

The hotel was generally good, but it was not cool, even though it was caused by a lack of refrigerant gas in the air conditioner. It was regrettable that there were a few cockroaches in the room, and the humidity was high. In addition, the indoor air was cloudy because the ventilation facilities were not working well. But the working staff are all friendly, safe and affordable

Will not return!

We are happy we just stayed there for one night. The hotel had a disgusting humidity smell. The room wasn´t clean (especially walls and bathroom door). Breakfast had a lot of options but nothing tasted really good, not even the bread!. The staff wasn´t really much at your service. We checked out and waited for our driver in the lobby and after 15 minutes since he didn't come we asked the front desk if they knew about him, they said no. Fortunately, he listened to us. He had been there waiting for us almost 30 minutes and the hotel staff never told us. Really disappointed!!

Blev en stor besvikelse rummet luktar mögel AC levde sitt egna liv . Kackerlackor va det också på rummet. När man stod och duschade rann vattnet ut på mattan i sovrummet.

Horrible

Horrible asked for extra towels that wasn't allowed asked for a small hand towel or washer no they dont have them no milk for the tea and coffee that was supplied the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in on us and the air con wasnt the best
Had to look up at that every night photos bit hard to see but the whole ceiling was like that and as for the breakfast it was cold every morning and the juice was hot, but the staff are lovely
