The only positive thing I have to say is the front desk person Pedro was the most accommodating and pleasant person we came in contact with. Stayed only one night out of 14. The unit was completely filthy and neither of us could stay. As were there for 14 days we had to pay for another accommodation. And when we told the manager( or we think was the manager). He basically said. Sorry nothing I can do. Unbelievable! And not in a good way!

Very good overall, beautiful place! Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, although we did have some trouble with our bathroom (toilet didn’t flush, and the shower didn’t always have hot water and the pressure was very intense) but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

My husband and I started in this hotel for 2 nights and we loved it. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. This is a clean, charming hotel in the relatively quiet area. It is convenient enough to get anything from a nice cafe for breakfast to rental bike store. Strong WIFI, new AC and hot shower are all helpful.

I’d stay again!

Great location, off the Main Street so it’s quieter but next to everything in town and only a 15 bike ride to the beach. We rented bikes next door which was convenient. The staff were super nice, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Nothing else I’d need (other than breakfast, which would have been awesome) but you do have your own kitchen so it works out.

This is exactly what you think it is: An economical option to stay in if you are feeling cheap. I paid about $50 for one night in a "suite" room and despite my negatives below, I think that's still a reasonable price. I actually think that for that price, these things are to be expected. On the + Side: The gentleman at the front desk for check in was very nice. The property is very lovely and has great spots for reading and water at various locations that guests can use to refill their water bottles. The bed was comfortable, although after I saw the bath tub, I admit I was a little worried about bedbugs. There are about 8-10 off street parking spots, which are easy to use, and that's a plus in this part of Tulum. Walking distance of many restaurants and some shopping. On the - Side: I was in Suite 2. I was tempted by the "deep bath tub" description for the suite, so it's my fault. But the tub was stained with mildew and I wouldn't sit on that! There was no tub spout, just a shower, which was dripping slightly all night. I got in the next morning to take a shower and the water just dumped down from the rainfall shower head. I felt like I was in my 20s again, living in a garbage apartment in San Diego, except the shower and bathtub there were better. The television wasn't really attached to the wall, the remote had no volume control, and the wifi did not work after 1 hr. One of the mugs was dirty. I should have stuck with the master suite or the swim up suite!

Clean beautiful rustic property. Very cute room! Comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk from downtown but just far enugh away for a peaceful sleep. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The wifi wasn't working but we were able to install isim cards for internet connection.

For the price it's ok. Very basic. If you come from the US it's well below the average standard, yet above average US hotels price. I stayed two nights in January. Even then the a/c is not strong enough to cool down even if it is on 24/7. Parking is convenient. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Far from the beach.

Great place, highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel with my sister. We ended up extending your stay longer then planned. We loved this hotel. It was clean and the beds were were comfortable. It was quiet at night so you will not have troubles sleeping here. Wifi, fans and aircon worked very well and they provide you with a safety box in the room to keep valuables. Very friendly staff and a security gard at the door all night long. The place is central and has free parking space just outside. We rented a scooter and had no issues with parking. If you rent a bike they allow you to keep it inside of the hotel premises over night which was great. The area feels safe and is lit up in the night. Very close to the main streets and you can easily get from there to the beaches and the hotel zone by driving. Hailing a cab from there should not be too hard either since it’s so central. I would highly recommend this hotel. If we come back to Tulum we would definitely stay here again.

Great comfy room for a quick family trip in Tulum. Luis at the front desk (day) was awesome & super helpful. Great stay- took one star off due to not allowing a late checkout: we had a 2hr tour scheduled & would not be back by noon but the front desk guy (not Luis, different one) wouldn’t budge so we canceled your :( Other then that excellent stay!

The people at the hotel are charming and welcoming. Our condo-style room by the pool is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing! The full kitchen comes with everything needed for cooking. The room is very clean, and every part of the décor was clearly chosen with care. They truly take great care of their hotel, that’s for sure. I honestly didn’t want to leave haha. An incredible wellness and relaxation experience! I will definitely return there the next time I come back to Tulum.
