A mixed experience. On the plus side, the rooms are relatively inexpensive and you can book them online. That being said, even if you're only paying $40-$50/night there are still things that I think ought to be expected from a hotel, especially if they have been promised on the website. In my room the safe didn't work, the A/C didn't work, the fan didn't work, there was no phone for local calls, the TV didn't work, and they didn't provide a bath towel or (occasionally) toilet paper. I don't think any of these things is terrible--I've stayed in hotels with none of these amenities before--but what made this so disappointing was that all these things were promised on their website. They definitely over-promised and under-delivered. So I guess I would say expect a very basic room. If you want features like the A/C to work be ready to be very assertive about it--the staff don't seem particularly motivated to help resolve issues like this.
