Great hotel in an old building. Quiet and peaceful. It is a little hard to get to, but worth in. The staff were really nice and very helpful.

Excellent staff - Always very helpful. Great breakfast, clean room and hallways. They could use some improvement on getting a ride from the airport. Otherwise a great stay!

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff including cleaner, kitchen and door staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was noisy from the street but it was very clean with fridge snd coffee maker. On our departure we were picked up for the airport at 7.30am and we were invited to have an early breakfast before we left. Location is very close to Grand Bazaar.

I was in this same hotel a year ago, and were given very nice rooms. On this occasion, even travelling with my family so again booked 2 rooms and ensured we did book Deluxe type, to be honest, that did not make a difference. Both were small. I honestly do not see any difference between a Deluxe or a Standard, for what I am quite sure we were given the standard. Never mind. The lift broke and was fixed a day and a half later, my mum, 80 years old, had to go up and down 2 very high floors by the stairs several times. The air-con in my room, 204, drops water some 10 mins after connecting it. Even we told to housekeeping, that was still the case for the 4 days we stayed. It is for this reason I have lowered from 5 to 4 stars this stay. The staff is still very helpful, location perfect, and overall good stay, so certainly I will keep recommending

Cute room with everything needed for a short stay. Nice breakfast but unfortunately was very cold this time of year and dining area is in a garden type gazebo with little heat. Sure it is fine other times of year. Great staff

We had a lovely room. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager arranged a couple of tours for us and we were picked up at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar.

Sehr gut gelegen, nettes Personal und halt alles was man braucht. Das Hotel ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
