Lovely B&B, our room was spacious, everything we needed and more, including a just incase box. Good range of drinks, fresh milk & water. Very clean. The breakfast was excellent all fresh and make from scratch, quality products. Probably best omelette I've had (bacon, mushroom & cheese 😋) Managed to park on premises too. Very friendly and would recommend. Would definitely go back there if I went to Torquay again 😊

Lovely stay at Arran lodge. Owners very friendly and approachable. Room was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Stayed in room with balcony which was ideal for smokers, we were advised there was no problem with smoking on the balcony. Quite a walk to the marina but good to keep fit. Easy walk to the seafront. Would definitely stay again.

Very warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. Homely accommodation. (Stairs to rooms) but we managed with luggage. We only stayed 1 night on our journey but found it lovely and relaxing. Tea/coffee/water available along with toiletries if you forgot to pack any. Good location/safe and walkable to sea front. Parking onsite by request. Would recommend. Thanks for having us. Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Torre station. Superb breakfast, so many choices with lovely fresh fruit salad. Thanks to friendly hosts, Deneys & Helga. Originally I booked for four nights, but my plans changed and I arrived a day early. Arran Lodge was fully booked, so I booked one night elsewhere. Deneys let me drop off my luggage early. Because of a train delay, I arrived late. Miraculously, the previous guest left a day early! Thank you so much, Deneys, for your incredible kindness, to let me stay that extra night at no charge. It saved me from moving. Thanks again for a wonderful five-night stay!"

I had a great stay here. Lovely people that have clearly put a lot of effort into providing a room and breakfast to a high standard yet at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
