We had a great stay at Main Street Madrid, Carmen was a lovely host and also keen to help us out with any questions we had. Centrally located, a bit noisy from Gran Via, but great spot in the centre of Madrid. Easy to get to anything, we mainly walked, but the Metro is nearby. Lots of cafés for breakfast, brunch places and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The establishment is kept clean, no frills, but everything we needed for our long weekend trip.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Hay que entender antes de reservar que esto es un hostal, no un hotel. No hay recepción las 24 hs, por lo que deben tener en cuenta esto para el check in. Tiene baño propio y todo está en muy buenas condiciones. Pero repito, no es un hotel. No vayan con esas expectativas pues es injusto luego juzgar tan buen lugar para quedarse. Si lo que necesitas es un lugar para dormir, sin muchas pretensiones en cuanto a una habitación grande o lujosa, este es tu lugar.

Awesome stay in Madrid

We had a really good time staying in this hostel. It's location is amazing, the price is fair and the rooms are stunning. The only thing that bothered us that there was no one at the reception (besides the time we checked in). We had a couple of times that we needed reception but there was no receptionist.
