We had a wonderful stay at Old Borough Arms in Rye! Sarah and the team went above and beyond to welcome us and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the charming & cozy setting of the place, with a superb location right at the end of Mermaid Street and few mins walk to the train station. Our room was lovely and homey, exactly the vibe we needed for the weekend. Would highly recommend this beautiful place for any trip to Rye! Clean room. Very helpful staff. In the middle of all activities. Could not find hairdryer in the room. I thought that parking was available but it’s parking on the road and only two hours during the day but plentiful car parks nearby. Super ice cream shop attached to property.

Lovely place to stay. The lady who greeted was very friendly. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It took a while for room to heat up as I hadn’t realised all the thermostats were turned off. I had a bit of disturbed sleep as I stayed when it was very heavy rain/ windy so the windows were rattling (understandable as it’s an old building). I would recommend staying here as it’s very affordable.

Cosy B&B with friendly and welcoming staff

Great B&B with a nice location in the middle of Rye. Nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to find a parking place even if B&B does not offer such. Room was a bit tiny but nicely decorated and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice and staff was very friendly.

Cozy room, with all you need to have comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight: The most delightful breakfast on the terrace! Definitely recommended.
