Our room was very nice. Loved the view of the Aspen trees outside our window!! The issues we had were as follows: No down pillows, mattress was too firm, toilet seat was loose. Safety issues: Back door from parking lot to stairwell was unlocked all the time, so anyone could walk into the hallway where rooms were, without going through the lobby, without a key! Major issue! use told front desk, twice. Also there was a man who pulled up in his pick up truck and walked in to eat breakfast, he was clearly not a guest and was just a local who was just stopping in for a free breakfast. His truck was parked outside the front door( not in a parking spot) while he ate and no one asked him if he was a guest. Then he got back in his truck and left. I said something to the staff but they did not seem to care. Overall, the room was decent and we had a nice stay but security is lacking!

The in room toaster came in handy for a freshly toasted bagel for my lunch of leftovers from the Brass Anvil. Thanks much for my one night stay.
