Staff was not around during check in... had to wait for them to arrive onsite. Once arrived and i went to check in, they tried to offer me a different room that i did not book and tryed to pass it off as it was... price difference is huge between a regular room and a luxury suite... i booked a luxury suite and they yried tonpass off a regular room as that... once i refused the room over and over and demaded a refund cause they didnnot have a room for me that i booked. They then showed me a room that was sooo run down not cleaned, no sheets on the bed, unhygienic, garbages filled furniture moved as though it qas used for othe purposes. I get told it will take 20 minutes to clean and will be ready... i said no thanks i want a refund cause i did not want to risk catching anything or sleeping on a bed that was filthy. Stay FAR away from this place, the pictures are old and out dated that are posted. No one is around for check in and the room are disgusting and not clean.... ended up booking down the road as a last minute booking to feel safe and in a decent place....
