Our room was bright, spotless and comfortable. The staff, especially Fillip, went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. We even met the new owner who was bringing in new bedding and has great plans. The pool was delightful and just what we needed after hiking the national Park. Fillip cooked us our breakfast himself. The hotel is somewhat at the far end of MA - closer to quepos than to the main beach, but the local casual bus circulates in the Main Street frequently… and this place is close to a place called “the little market” “ el mercadito” where you’ll find lots of food stands, co-working and some nice restaurants. Phil is managing this rehabilitated property and doing an excellent job. His level of care and attention is super high and all the staff are attentive and focused.
