This place was cool. They have a kitchen if you want to cook and eat. You just have to clean up afterwards. It wasn't too hard to find. It's in a nice Boston neighborhood. It's within walking distance of places to eat or have a drink. The room was clean and close to the bathroom. The price was very reasonable. I'd stay again because I know where it is and all the available public transportation.

It is clean and comfortableand easy to check in. If I may suggest, the cleaning service better come after check out time (10am) because usually the guests was littering after check out. Additionally, the check out time can be extended into 11 AM as 10am is too early.

We ended up not staying there and left to find another hotel. We didn’t even bother requesting a refund because it would have wasted my energy. After we arrived, we realized that bedroom shown in the photos was the only private space included in the booking. All of the other areas were shared with other guests. The room had almost no space to open even one suitcase unless you placed your belongings in the common area, which I would never feel comfortable doing. I would strongly not recommend this room .

Terrible experience with communication. Called multiple times and sent messages with no response. Led to unnecessary stress and insecurity about the booking. Requested a refund, but it was denied. Lack of customer support and unprofessional service. Would not recommend.
