Great location, couple of things in the room not right but was easily worked around. Informed the host and they were very apologetic but didn’t let down a great stay. Thanks

The property is falsely advertised in photos as a hotel. However, it is a small shared house that is not in good repair.

About this property….. I am speechlessly unsatisfied . In my opinion, all the pictures are not correct and cleanliness was terrible. Supposed to stay 4 nights but checked myself out after a night. Waiting for my refund. This Modern apartment is , should not listed in any websites.

Odd layout, the bed is on a platform over the kitchen very close to the ceiling. The living space only has a foldaway chair so you can’t really relax. The area is nice with parks and art studios and convenient access to trains.

Stayed for 11 days and never cleaned, answer my questions about rubbish or change my towels or sheets. WiFi was bad.

This is a run down, disgusting place with a remote team in another country running it. Good luck talking to a real person. We got access to the building with a remote code, and spent 15 minutes trying to find our apartment because

Apartment concept was good 9/10 Cleanliness excellent 10/10 Management 2/10 T V didn’t work. I complained every day but to no avail. Light in bedroom didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken. Kitchen sink tap was broken. Shower had only 3 temperatures… cold, too hot and burning hot. What a shame… a nice apartment being ruined by apathy.

Room was not as advertised. It was not clean and had a bathroom that sticks. It also didn't have all the amenities and utilities As advertised rtised.

It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed. The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel. The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back and forth until around 4:30 in the morning. By the sounds of their footsteps, they may have been centaurs. The area around is safe, so it didn't matter to me that the local on the main entrance door was broken. Our room has a Yale lock for entry. Sheets, towels, bathroom and kitchen were clean, and it was fine for one night to see a concert in Wembley. Don't think I'd stay longer due to the noise upstairs. The tube is a 5 minute walk so it's a good location.

The room was perfectly, spotlessly clean, reasonably priced and it has good Tube/rail and bus links. There's an M&S very nearby for food. It was almost well-equipped however it had: - an oven but no oven gloves - a washing machine but no airer - an iron but no ironing board - a kitchen sink but no plug, drainer or tea towel - no kettle (!) I didn't read the description closely, to be fair, so some of these may have been pointed out. It was described as split-level and I had not thought this through. The bed is on a mezzanine and the headroom is about 3'6" up there, so it's not suitable for guests with mobility problems. The code given for the key box wasn't working on arrival. The telephone support was helpful and reasonably efficient though and they found the code quickly (it probably just hadn't been changed since the last person). Pre-check in comms were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable (it was hot up near the ceiling) and the building and area were quiet. Adding the few things noted above would make the flat a lot more practical.
