Lovely stay with Excellent service. We have traveled widely, but the service here went far beyond expectations. Even before reaching the hotel, the staff called our airport driver to ensure we were comfortable and informed about traffic conditions. On arrival, the team greeted us enthusiastically at the door—such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Our anniversary was made even more special with a decorated room filled with roses, swan towels, and a lovely cake. Every detail showed genuine care and professionalism. A home away from home. Our large family of 16 people, ranging from a year old baby to grandparents, had the most incredible week long stay at Hotel du Lac in December 2025. Breakfast each morning was incredible. The spread was extensive and super delicious. I had the best chicken pho of my life here, and the hotel breakfast was consistently the best food we had in Hanoi. The rooftop bar on the 10 floor was a nice getaway from the chaos of the city, yielding a cool evening breeze and stunning panoramic views. It was a great way to cap the night. The spa became a daily staple for our group. I'm sure we set a new hotel record with 13 of us having reservations at the exact same time. There's nothing better than a wonderful massage to ease any travel aches/pains and foot massages to re-energize our daily treks. When you're far away from home in an unfamiliar land, the thing that matters most is a team that strives to go above and beyond each day. Thomas and his staff truly deserve the highest accolades for always being there for us and genuinely caring about every detail to ensure a memorable stay. Hotel du Lac Signature, a sanctuary within the land of endless honking motorbikes, has won our hearts and will forever be the core to why we love Hanoi.

Staying at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE was a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Tucked right in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the location could not be more convenient—just steps away from the Colorful Train Street, markets, and cafés. Yet once inside, the hotel feels like a peaceful sanctuary, with absolute quiet and a sense of refined luxury. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. From the elegant lobby with its inviting fragrance to the spotless hallways and rooms, every detail feels fresh and pristine. My room was spacious with French Balcony, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The facilities covered everything a traveler could need, from excellent breakfast service to attentive concierge support. What truly sets this property apart is the service. The staff here are remarkable—polite, professional, and sincerely warm. Every time I entered or left the hotel, they remember my name & I was greeted with a bow and a smile, small gestures that made a big difference. This is a brand new hotel at the time of writing (November 2025). Everything is new and fresh. Amazing experience with the friendliest staff in the world. The hotel is well located within the old quarter. Walkable to most locations and Very easy to get a taxi from here using the grab app. It’s close to the hustle and bustle whilst being far enough to have a peaceful time. Train street 8 min walk away Walking street 13 mins walk away Hundreds of options near by for food and drinks. Local Vietnamese to international foods. We had the indochine executive double with city view The wall plugs have international sockets so they take any type of plug which is very helpful. Smart tvs in the room where you can AirPlay or screen mirror something from your phone. Separate bath tub and shower in the rooms we stayed in. The hotel also has a swimming pool located in the basement and a on site spa. Breakfast takes place on the ninth floor From the moment we checked in Broky was amazingly helpful. He highlighted must see pleaces on a map and also saved things onto my phone for me. Also got us a room upgrade. Rose was delightfully courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were kept smiling. Sorted out an airport transfer for us without us having to ask. She put the cherry on the cake with this hotel with her incredible hospitality and service. It was a pleasure to stay here. Thomas was incredibly helpful with getting an issue with our room rectified.
